RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Because our earrings are handmade to order and are personal accessories, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us through the Contact page within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos so we can make it right with a replacement or refund, as appropriate.

CANCELLATIONS

You may request a cancellation within 24 hours of placing your order. After production begins, cancellations may not be possible.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

Gift cards and items marked final sale cannot be returned. Please review product photos and descriptions before ordering.

REFUNDS

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Processing time depends on your bank or card issuer.

COLOR AND HANDMADE VARIATIONS

Slight variations in color, pattern, and finish are normal for handmade items and are not considered defects. Screen settings may also affect how colors appear.
