PROCESSING TIME

All earrings are handmade to order. Please allow 10–14 business days for production before your order ships or is ready for local pickup. Business days exclude weekends and holidays.

U.S. SHIPPING

Standard shipping within the United States is a flat $6. Estimated transit time is 3–5 business days after your order ships. Carrier delays are outside our control.

ORDER TRACKING

If tracking is available, you will receive it by email when your order ships. Please allow time for the carrier to scan the package.

LOCAL PICKUP

Local pickup is free. Wait until you receive a ready-for-pickup email before coming to collect your order. Pickup instructions will be included in that notification.

INCORRECT ADDRESSES

Please check your shipping address carefully. Contact us as soon as possible if you notice an error. Once an order has shipped, we may not be able to redirect it.

LOST OR DAMAGED PACKAGES

If your package arrives damaged or appears lost, contact us through the Contact page with your order number so we can help determine the next step.
